A free floor plan for your listing – what is free and what is not
"Free" promises a lot online and often delivers little: a watermark, a resolution that will not print, or a sign-up before the first line. This page says exactly what works in this editor without paying, what does not, and why the line sits where it does.

What works without an account and without paying

From a blank sheet to a listing plan
Start from a template or with the room tool. Place doors and windows. Name the rooms; the areas follow from the walls. Pick the country so the floor area is stated under that market's rule. Run the check: open walls, rooms without a door and implausible areas show up there.
Only then is the export worth it. Until then you have paid nothing and seen everything.
Why the line sits at the export
A listing plan is only worth something when it reaches the prospect. That is why drawing is free and output is not. Someone who needs one plan a year sees the price before paying it; someone marketing properties every week pays once and exports without limit.

No. Drawing and editing work without an account. You need an account to save to the cloud and to export.
