From an iPhone scan to a listing

From scan to plan

The scan produces geometry in real metres – unlike a photo it needs no scale, and unlike a sketch no redrawing. The tolerance is around ±10 cm per wall, and exactly that stands on every PDF: “digital capture, not a legally binding survey”. Slightly skewed walls are straightened where the sensor bends them by a few degrees; the result is a plan that looks drawn but is measured.

Doors and windows come with the scan. The app names rooms from what it recognises; you correct them in one click.

From the phone to the web editor

From the app you share the plan with a link. The link is bound to your account – a stranger sees nothing – and a second, read-only link is for owners and buyers: view, turn, download the PDF, change nothing. Changes made in the web editor come back to the app; both show the same plan.

Finishing in the web editor

Name and type the rooms, place furniture, choose country and area standard, export the listing PDF – with the living area under WoFlV in the footer if you want it – or OpenImmo XML for the CRM and DXF for the planner. The scan delivers the geometry; the editor makes the documents from it.
